Curious about Fluid Art but don’t know where to begin? Come get creative and inspired with local Downeast artist Maeve Perry!
FLUID ART FRIDAYS - UPDATE - Some folks have asked for an "after work" time slot and we aim to please!
Classes begin Oct. 9th and continue for four weeks (10/9, 10/16, 10/23, 10/30) 10/9 and 10/23 sessions run from 3:30-5:00 PM and 10/16 and 10/30 sessions run from 6:00-7:30.
Only 15 beginner artists per session. Each Friday, you will explore new color combinations while building your understanding of the materials, techniques, and tricks that make Fluid Art so much fun!
✨ We’ll cover:
• The essential materials you need
• Proper paint mixing ratios
• Basic Fluid Art techniques
• Tips for creating beautiful Fluid Art at home
You’ll create your own artwork during each session—and you’re welcome to take your pieces home or leave them with us to dry. Artwork left to dry can be picked up at the following Fluid Art Friday.
Attend a single session to learn the basics or sign up for the entire series for a deeper understanding of fluid art. Each session covers the basics while exploring different color palettes and techniques; you’ll leave with the knowledge and confidence to gather your materials and create amazing Fluid Art at home!
No experience necessary. Just bring your curiosity and wear your paint clothes!
